How long will the cleaning take?

The cleaning process will take about 2-3 hour. After your booking is done, TwinkleTime will schedule an appointment and will go over the details with you.

What are the requirements from your side?

Permission to enter your society/building and water & electricity connection for the equipment to work.

Do we offer warranty?

We do not offer any warranty for this service. We request you to verify the service thoroughly once the process is complete and before our employees leave your place. You may raise any concern to our customer contact center on 9205270978.

What exactly is covered in minimum visiting charges?

Our minimum visiting charges come into effect only if you cancel an appointment that has been confirmed with you. If you want to reschedule, it must be done at least 12 hours before. Cancellations will have to be done at least 24 hours in advance. If rescheduling or cancellation is not done within stipulated time, a nominal visiting fee (INR 250) will be levied.
