How is your maid service different than any other agency?
TwinkleTime maid service is NOT an agency. The service agent(maid) is an employee of TwinkleTime. All employees go through a corporate training program before starting to work. This enables us to have strict quality control over services that we provide.

Will you remove the stubborn stains?
Yes, we will remove the stubborn stains. However, in certain circumstances we may not remove the stains if the removal process might lead to material damage.
Daily Home cleaning service replaces your existing maid. We provide maids(male or female) who perform the daily cleaning jobs like sweeping and moping house, dusting, washing clothes, cooking, cleaning bathroom and various other miscellaneous activities, based on your needs and the type of service you choose.

What all do I need to provide?
We use various types of cleaning agents, vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, scrubbing machines and other cleaning essentials based on the type of job. Our team will come equipped with them. Though, you do need to provide an electricity point, and water supply for our team. We will be carrying a cord, which can be connected to a near-by electric socket.
Each cleaning task is different than the other, hence giving out a generic time schedule will not be justifiable. However, once you have booked a service, based on your requirement you will be given a time frame that will be required to satisfactorily do the job.
Presently we provide services in Delhi NCR including Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Indirapuram, Raj Nagar Extension and Vaishali. If you are in Delhi NCR and your area is not listed, do not hesitate to call us. We might be able to accommodate your request.
Do I have to be in the house when your team is cleaning?
For security reasons, this is preferable. However, if you have situation please call us and we can work on case to case basis.
